PLATING EQUIPMENT

Tabletop Precious Metal Plating System

You can now plate in house and reduce the cost of outside plating vendors, shipping, insurance, and most of all, uncontrollable waiting time. Now you can control the quality, color, thickness, and so much more in the convenience of your own facility.  This is perfect for low to medium volume productions.

Complete Systems start at only $1675  for a 4 Position.  Includes all the hardware shown including a rectifier.  All you need to do is  just add water and your plating solutions

7 Position unit as shown below is $1875  and is only 48" wide.  Easily fits on a table.

Tabletop Plating Systems available in 600, 1L and 2 Liter Capacity

Micro-Agitation Technology: When plating rhodium, high powered micro-agitation will Improves the white color and reflectivity of the rhodium plating by depositing the rhodium in a more compact crystallization form. This will also reduce the amount of plating time and improve the equality of the rhodium deposit. It has also been noted that quality plating can still be preformed when the bath is as low as 1.0 grams/liter. This will allow you to get more for your money out of every rhodium gram purchased.

This system is ready to plate silver, gold, rhodium, palladium, and more. This new line of plating systems begins with the basic 600 ML ready to use glass tank system, with all the standard equipment for a complete precious metal plating operation. We have taken the high end technology of the large bath plating operation and reduced the size to a ready to use table top system. We provide step-by-step instructions for set up, plating directions, system maintenance, replacement parts order sheet, and the most comprehensive tech support available anywhere.

New RHBW1 (rhodium brightener/whitener additive): Our new additive increase the whiteness and brightness of rhodium plating to an incredible level. This combination of pure rhodium and a special mixture of additive is now available for high end jewelry work such as diamonds in white gold. No more gray rhodium!

The Bath Tracker 2000 is an ampere time counter specifically designed for electroplating. It has two internal counters; one retains the count and can not be reset or erased, so records will never be lost for the life of the instrument. The other counter can be reset to zero by holding the reset button for a second. Pressing this button momentarily will switch the bright LED display from the total count to the reset count. Status lights indicate which counter is being displayed and hour or minute   count units. Accuracy is assured by factory set-up to your rectifier shunt.

The Bath Alarm is an ampere/time counter with an audible alarm or a relay output that can be set to activate at a specific count. It is typically used to control plating thickness by warning the operator, or turning off the rectifier. Signaling the time for chemical replenishment is another application. The instrument is very easy for the plating line worker because the set-up parameters are selected separately in a PC program and downloaded to the instrument by a USB cable. Once this is done, the worker just pushes the start button.
