Articles to be plated must be cleaned first. Tivaclean, a special purpose cleaning concentrate in powder form, assures the removal of all polishing rouge, oil, grease, and finger prints.

Eight ounces of Tivaclean powder per gallon of water heated to 160° F provides maximum cleaning ability.

Can also be used at room temperature and in ultrasonic cleaners.

It is also the ideal way to clean finished products when stripping is not necessary.

When used as an electro-cleaner, it should be used with a stainless steel anode.
