This solder Paste is designed for use with printed circuit boards. It has a -325 mesh and comes in several alloys and flux types. It should be stored cold to preserve shelf life.
If the product is frozen there is an indefinite shelf life.
All of our solder pastes are Low ordor, Halide-Free and Halogen Free.
We have 3 different Flux types: No Clean, Water Soluble and Rosin Flux.
